Icon Apartments

Located in the heart of Atlanta’s exciting 138-acre Atlantic Station, the award-winning ICON Apartments has become a landmark in the environmental brownfield reclamation and redevelopment of what was once an abandoned steel mill in downtown Atlanta.

Embracing the principles of New Urbanism, the pedestrian-friendly, densely planned, mixed-use Atlantic Station District and ICON Apartments have become benchmark models for smart growth and sustainable development.

The objective of the ICON project, which boasts 13 unique floor plans for a variety of one and two-bedroom apartments, was to provide vibrant architecture, great interior spaces and exceptional amenities at an affordable price to attract young up-and-coming professionals to the newly developed downtown neighborhood.

On-site amenities, including a club room Internet café, theater, fitness center, tanning salon, billiards room and courtyard pool also serve to entice the young professional who appreciates the allure and hip flavor of downtown living.

For their visionary design and execution, 2PA is the proud recipient of the 2007 Aurora Award, Grand Aurora and Best in State/Georgia in the category of Rental Apartment Community – Density of 15 or more units per acre for the ICON City Apartment Homes project.
