NOHO Flats

Written by

Located in North Hyde Park, one of Tampa's older neighborhoods, and close to both the University of Tampa and the Tampa International airport, NOHO Flats was intended for a target market of young professionals and students. The exterior was designed with a forward architectural style that uses traditional materials such as stone, brick and siding. This coupled with familiar details such as brackets allows it to blend smoothly with its historic neighbors; however, its modern twist on the traditional appeals to young urbanites. Inside the residents are greeted by sleek, modern design with a colorful palette, trendy urban finishes such as European style cabinetry, and a broad range of resort quality amenities.

The amenities at NOHO Flats are designed to encourage socializing among its mostly single residents. Resident's are treated to a luxurious resort style pool, poolside bar and fire pit, gas grill stations with an commissioned urban art wall backdrop, a club room, gaming room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The project features roomy 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans which offer quartz countertops, modern kitchens, generous closet space and washer/dryer appliances.
