Clubhouse at Vivante

Written by

Reminiscent of a small fishing village on the coast of Spain, Boca Lago at Vivante appeals to a broad array of buyers who desire all the conveniences and amenities of a resort-style community. The 17,000 square foot Clubhouse, with its ornately detailed and fanciful exterior façade, allegorical clock tower and well landscaped plaza captures the essence of a typical Spanish town square, while at the same time creating a strong sense of home.

The luxurious facilities include an enormous pool and deck including a bar and several poolside cabanas, a pro shop, tennis courts, game and card rooms and gathering areas with outdoor fireplaces perfect for sunset cocktail parties and cookouts.

The project was honored with a 2007 South East Builder's Conference Aurora Award.
