Built in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the award-winning McNulty Lofts is a striking example of an adaptive re-use and rehabilitation project.

The garage, built in the early nineties, was originally designed to accomodate four floors of office space above, which was never built. Years later an ever-increasing demand for in-town residences precipitated the Owner to go forward with plans for the trendy, loft-style condominium project.

Employing an inventive system of staggered steel trusses, the design team effectively increased the residential area from four stories above the garage to five stories in addition to a penthouse level with private rooftop patios.

Evocative of a Spanish seaside village, Boca Lago at Vivante offers a variety of housing options, a resort-style clubhouse and plently of amenities, set in an intimately cohesive, quaint and friendly community that has attracted year round residents to its resort lifestyle.

Throughout Boca Lago at Vivante, courtyards, outdoor gathering spaces, gazebos, fountains and picturesque bridges blend with the meandering, brick-paved streets, walkways and colonnades, strengthening the underlying Mediterranean ambiance of the community.

Abundant architectural detailing such as the small balconettes, corded columns, scalloped parapets and terracotta-tiled roofs reinforce the “Florida-Mediterranean” flavor of the community, popularized by Addison Mizner.

2PA is the proud recipient of the 2007 Aurora Award in the category of Residential Development for the Boca Lago at Vivante project.

Reminiscent of a small fishing village on the coast of Spain, Boca Lago at Vivante appeals to a broad array of buyers who desire all the conveniences and amenities of a resort-style community.

Located in the heart of Atlanta’s exciting 138-acre Atlantic Station, the award-winning ICON Apartments has become a landmark in the environmental brownfield reclamation and redevelopment of what was once an abandoned steel mill in downtown Atlanta.
