2025 Chrysalis Awards: Regional Commercial Remodel

This project transformed a tired 1980’s office into a vibrant, modern, welcoming workplace. Purchased during the pandemic, employees were reluctant to return work because of how unappealing it was, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The renovation focused on warm, welcoming materials enhanced by natural light with an emphasis on function, technology and overall employee comfort. The impact was immediate and positive. The renovation has made both the kitchen and conference room a central hub for collaboration, relaxation, and socializing; improving overall office morale. The owners wanted an office their staff would enjoy and be proud of, and the final result exceeded expectations.
