As featured in the Richmond BizSense, phase 2 of the Winterfield Place project is now underway! Winterfield Place is a mixed-use development near the Chesterfield-Powhatan line, straddling Winterfield Road at its intersection with Huguenot Trail and Robious Road.
The mixed development will feature 200 apartments, 22 detached houses, and up to 75,000 square feet of commercial space within about half of the 50-acre site on the west side of Winterfield Road, and will complete the project that started years ago with the Winterfield Place shopping center across the street.
