CCI Wrapping Up Construction on Rome Mixed-Use Project

CCI Real Estate opened the Nova River District, a 250-residence, mixed-use community in downtown Rome, Georgia. Construction on the project is 90% complete. 60% of currently available units have been leased.

Nova River District is located on the AdventHealth ECO Greenway, between West 3rd Street and the Oostanaula River across from Broad Street. As a complex redevelopment of what was originally 13 parcels, the cohesive community of Nova River District provides 178 one-bedroom and 64 two-bedroom apartments, as well as nearly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

Nova River District’s amenities include a heated saltwater pool, a fitness and wellness center, two elevated sundecks, two recreation courtyards and a future on-site coffee shop. There are local dining options, additional retail, several grocery stores, schools and medical facilities all within a few blocks from the property.

Additional partners in the development of Nova River District include Poole & Poole Architecture as the architect and True North Companies as the general contractor.
