January 9, 2018 (Orlando) –The senior living apartment community of Overture Virginia Beach by Poole & Poole Architecture (2PA) of Richmond, Virginia was awarded the 2018 Gold for 55+ Best Market Rate Community by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Then, chosen from amongst all the gold award winning communities, Overture was awarded the prestigious national “55+ Community of the Year Award”.
The national award ceremony was held in Orlando at the annual NAHB Conference and Builder show attended by over 68,000 industry professionals. The Best of 55+ Housing Awards are the industry's only national awards program honoring excellence in building design, marketing and lifestyles in housing for the mature adult. Overture Virginia Beach is an active adult apartment community located along the beautiful sandy shores of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
