RangeWater Real Estate will add more than 300 apartment units to the NoDa area’s growing development pipeline following its $12.4 million land acquisition at 200 Atando Ave. NoDa stands for North Davidson, a historic arts district on N. Davidson St. in Charlotte.

The Charlotte Business Observer reports the developer, along with partner ParkProperty Capital will break ground this month on its planned development, a 316-unit garden-style apartment community. The project will have a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units across six four-story residential buildings as well as a single-story clubhouse. Planned amenities include a pool, fitness center and outdoor fitness lawn, courtyards and green space, a dog park and an outdoor kitchen.

The first units could open as early as mid-2027, with full delivery targeted in March 2028. Poole & Poole Architecture is the project architect.

This will be RangeWater’s 10th development project in the Charlotte metro.
